Ivonne

Given the choice between making a living and helping
people, Ivonne Welch will always choose the second
option as more important. From her humble
beginnings as a bilingual secretary in Mexico, to
becoming a business owner in California, our founder
has always believed that to be true.

It’s no surprise that one of her first jobs after moving
to the United States was as an insurance agent.
Navigating the Medicare system is quite a confusing
process, but even more so for bilingual members
whose first language might not be English. That’s
when she realized she could be doing so much more
by helping fellow immigrants choose Medicare plans.
